Meet the CAIS Staff Members

The Product Services Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of CAIS Legacy application software. The Product Services Manager is Kathy Roberson.  The members of the Product Services Team are:

The Technical Services Team is responsible for the development, installation, maintenance, and support of the CAIS service center computers and WAN, as well as client's systems and local area networks.  The TS Manager is Rich Helmke.  Members of the Technical Services team are:

The Client Services Team is responsible for the support of CAIS administrative software and services, client training, and documentation.  Nick Gouskos is the manager of this team.  Here are the members of the CS Team:

Kari Hermansen is the CAIS billing manager.
