The CAIS Council is comprised of one representative from each participating institution. The Council reviews and provides guidance to the project in general. The Council makes policy decisions and participates in the process of "signing off" on the completion of the project.

Coordination of Services

Rita Blackwell

Alan Borcherding

Based on input from the council and project managers, Alan and Rita resolve contract issues and sign off on the completion of each phase of the project.

Scotti Hermansen

System-wide Prototype development

Jack Lemon

Prototype Process Teams

Jack works with five teams of expert users, one team for each area of the SCT software, to set up the basic configuration of the software. After this general setup, the software is sent to each campus for installation and further configuration to meet local needs. Jack also provides guidance on hardware and networking setup.
