CAIS Legacy: Human Resources Module
The Financial Systems Human Resource module is a multipurpose management system.
Adapted from Personnel Data Systems Inc., Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

- Payroll labor costs may be split between as many as five accounts.
- Payroll labor costs can be transferred to the Financial
Accounting System (FAS) general ledger and the Financial
Aid module to track earnings of students on college work study.
- 401K processing including discrimination testing, fund splits and loan
processing.
- Handles Federal requirements such as EEOC reporting, OSHA, COBRA, OASDI
and section 89 processing.
- Immigration Reform & Control Act processing.
- Each organization has its own data files under its own username.
- Fully integrated Payroll/Personnel/Benefits administration system.
- Direct deposit of payroll checks fully supported.
- Electronic submission of W2, state tax, and state unemployment insurance
information is fully supported.
- Benefit time can be automatically accrued and reduced based on rules
defined by the client.
