The Financial Systems Human Resource module is a multipurpose management system. Adapted from Personnel Data Systems Inc., Human Resource Information System (HRIS) consists of the following integrated subsystems:

  • Payroll labor costs may be split between as many as five accounts.
  • Payroll labor costs can be transferred to the Financial Accounting System (FAS) general ledger and the Financial Aid module to track earnings of students on college work study.
  • 401K processing including discrimination testing, fund splits and loan processing.
  • Handles Federal requirements such as EEOC reporting, OSHA, COBRA, OASDI and section 89 processing.
  • Immigration Reform & Control Act processing.
  • Each organization has its own data files under its own username.
  • Fully integrated Payroll/Personnel/Benefits administration system.
  • Direct deposit of payroll checks fully supported.
  • Electronic submission of W2, state tax, and state unemployment insurance information is fully supported.
