CAIS Legacy: Admissions Module

Admissions software includes the following features:

  • Event Tracking allows the admissions office to set up tracks to automatically produce letters, labels, or reports.
  • These tracks can be set up to record this information in the students file, and to schedule future events including phone calls and other follow up activities.
  • Event Tracking also allows information to be entered on an individual basis to cover those activities that occur spontaneously, such as an unexpected visit or phone call.
  • Many standard reports are available to provide lists of students, statistics such as counts and tables, and other information.
  • The IQ report writer can be used to create other reports and lists as needed.
  • WordPerfect® is available for creating letters and other documents. The SI database can be accessed to produce secondary files for letter merging.
  • Information stored on prospects and applicants include:
    name, maiden name
    parent/spouse name and address
    high school rank/size
    grade point average
