Admissions software includes the following features:
- Event Tracking allows the admissions office to set up tracks to
automatically produce letters, labels, or reports.
- These tracks can be set up to record this information in the students
file, and to schedule future events including phone calls and other follow
up activities.
- Event Tracking also allows information to be entered on an individual
basis to cover those activities that occur spontaneously, such as an
unexpected visit or phone call.
- Many standard reports are available to provide lists of students,
statistics such as counts and tables, and other information.
- The IQ report writer can be used to create other reports and lists as
needed.
- WordPerfect® is available for creating letters and other
documents. The SI database can be accessed to produce secondary files for
letter merging.
- Information stored on prospects and applicants include:
name, maiden name
parent/spouse name and address
high school rank/size
grade point average
transfer college, credits, hours
marital status
test scores
social security number
birthday, religion
occupation, race, nationality
active status
action and date
fees and dates paid
class level
housing information
various forms and test scores
several user defined fields
