Login Help

IMPORTANT: Your support desk supplied you with a User ID and Password for Self Service. At that time you also provided your support desk with an answer - unique only to you - to a question, for example, 'What is your PIN number?' This information assists the support desk in maintaining proper security.

Using this 'unique answer' feature, you can notify Self Service that you have lost or forgotten your password and get a new one without contacting your support desk. Self Service validates your user access and generates a new password automatically. This new password is e-mailed to the e-mail address on file with the support desk.

To get a new password:

  1. On the Login Web page, click on the link, 'Forgot Your Password?'
  2. A new Web page appears. Under Request Password, note the instruction, 'To verify your identity, please answer the following question:'
  3. Type your unique answer in the field below the question.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. A new Web page appears stating, 'Your User ID and Password have been sent to the e-mail address on file.'
  6. Check your e-mail for the new password.

Note: If you answer the question incorrectly, a new Webpage appears stating, 'Unable to find your password. Please contact customer support.'
