How can CAIS help you?

CAIS Self-Service Helpdesk

Enter a new incident or check on an existing incident on the self-service helpdesk.  Requires a password, which can be acquired from your local project manager.  The CAIS helpdesk is powered by HEAT.

How are we doing?

We randomly send out individual surveys when we close incidents in our helpdesk.  We welcome and follow up on all feedback that we receive from you.  While we always love to hear compliments, your constructive input can help improve our services in the future.
