The Product Services Team handles all programming and conversion requests, and
troubleshoots problems with the Banner Software.
Kathy Roberson manages the Product Services Team. Kathy has
worked at the computer center since her graduation from Concordia in 1982 (plus
several years as a student). She has a Ph.D. from Illinois Institute of
Technology. Kathy lives in Bellwood, with her husband Greg, and two children,
Courtney (16), and Ted (13), and cat Kelly. In her spare time, she enjoys conducting
culinary experiments.
Dave Hahn, Product
Services Assistant Manager and Assistant Director of CAIS, has a BS in Medical
Technology from Augustana College. Dave provides primary human resources
support for CAIS on the Banner project. He and his wife Roberta have recently
moved to River Forest from the Southside of Chicago. Dave has three children;
Carolyn attending Indiana University in Bloomington, Betsy attending Monmouth
College in Monmouth, IL, and son DJ, Columbia College Chicago. Although Dave
grew up and lived on the Southside, he is a diehard Cubs fan. He enjoys
gardening, home remodeling and restoration, and singing as a member of the
Apollo Chorus of Chicago.
Clark Craig has worked at the computer center since 1988 as
a programmer on the Product Services team. He has a BA in Computer Science from
Concordia College (1988). Clark was born in LaGrange, grew up in Riverside, and
now owns a home in Stickney. He enjoys learning to play guitar, going to
concerts, playing fantasy sports, and spending time at the family mountain
cabin in southern (Rye) Colorado.
David Chu has worked at the computer center since 1988
and is currently a Programmer/Analyst in the Product Services team. He has an
MS in Computer Science (NIU 1988) and a BA in Computer Science and Math
(Concordia College 1986). David and his new wife Noel are both from Shanghai,
China, but currently lives in Stickney, IL. David’s hobbies are working with
plants, the internet, and reading.
Matt Faga is a Programmer/Analyst on the Product Services
team. He received his B.A. in Computer Science from Concordia College (1988). Matt
enjoys fantasy football, video games, reading, golf and biking. Matt
and his wife Carla live in St. Charles, IL.
Michael Hadler has worked at the computer
center since 1988 and is currently a programmer/analyst. He has a BA in Liberal
Arts from Concordia (1988) with majors in Math and Computer Science. Mike and
his wife Julie live in Stone Park with their daughter, Grace. He enjoys
watching baseball (White Sox and Cardinals), basketball (Bulls), football
(Bears, Packers), soccer (Fire), and hockey (Blackhawks). In addition to singing with Concordia's
Festival Chorus since 1997, his hobbies include volleyball, softball, bowling,
computer games, and chasing the baby around the house.
Mohammad Amjad has worked with CAIS since August 2000. He has
BA in Computer Science from Concordia University and is working towards his
masters at Dominican University. Mohammad was born in Pakistan and considers
the town of Karachi as one hometown. His US hometown is Carol Stream. Mohammad
has two wonderful kids, a son Ahmed, and a daughter Umme. They recently
migrated to US and are attending school in Wheaton. Mohammad enjoys soccer,
cricket, baseball, football on play station and the computer.
Ray Gillfillan has worked for the computer center since 1990
and is currently a senior programmer analyst. He graduated Concordia University
in 1990 with a BS in computer science. Ray and his wife Marianne live in Palos Hills
along with Marianne's cat Bandit. His hobbies include collecting comic books,
computer gaming and trying to decide which room of the house gets remodeled
first and how.
